REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you encounter an issue with a product that you have ordered from giffarddistribution.co.uk please contact us via our contact page. When you contact us please provide a full description of the product, alongside your order reference number and why you wish to return the product.
Photographic evidence may be requested by us before guaranteeing a refund or return.
Items eligible for return must have been purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days, must be unused and must be in the original, unopened packaging. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged upon delivery. If this is the case, then photographic evidence may be requested.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to Giffard Distribution. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing error, which will require proof of postage. A Giffard Distribution representative will confirm this before return and postage will be reimbursed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for parcels to reach us, once received we will confirm with you before processing your refund or replacement. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
